Card Renewal / Replacement

Cards might have to be replace or renewed.
The same endpoint will be used to handle both cases :

• Replace : A new card is created with a new PAN, new PIN, new CVV/CVC2 and new Expiration Date.
  This is in case of a Card Lost or Stolen.
• Renew : A new card is created with the same PAN and PIN, but new CVV/CVC2 and new Expiration Date. This is in case of a Card Expiring soon (or being expired) or Damaged.
