Transaction Status
Status
Transaction can have different status. Status can be updated over time.
| Transaction status | Description |
|---|---|
APPROVED | Transaction have been approved and processed |
DECLINED | Transaction have been declined. Learn More about Transaction Declined Reasons |
PENDING | Transaction is being processed but not finalized. It might require further verifications. |
RELEASED | Dedicated to Card Authorization. Card Authorization has been released, reserved amount in the balance is released. Learn More about Card Transaction |
REVERSED | Dedicated to Card Authorization. Card Authorization has been reversed /canceled, reserved amount in the balance is released. Learn More about Card Transaction |
UNKNOWN | Transaction status is Unknown. This should not happen, otherwise please contact your customer care. |
"DECLINED", "RELEASED" and "REVERSED" are final stage status and can't be updated anymore.
